.After revamping the characters ( i.e getting American actors
to play them ) Introducing a child and a dog and giving them an
American setting . The British producers decided it was too american
and so changed it's name to Last of the Summer Champagne .It still
flopped

| The
only real problem was that they couldn't have a Real Life situation
and it be a movie. It's like having a Sitcom that is Serious -It
doesn't work that way

Doors |
| Sequel
to Sliding Doors. This time Helen is stuck in a revolving door
situation in which the same part of her life is played over and
over again. Due to it's striking resemblance to Groundhog Day,
the studio suffered huge losses due to paying royalties to another
company. So they cut back, on film, on actors, plot and sets.
The film went bankrupt on the 2nd day of filming.

Neighbours Movie |
| When
Lou and Madge run away together it results in a feature length
episode which was to be aired in the cinemas. So Harold and some
of the other Ramsay Street regulars set off to find them, unfortunately
the film didn’t go down too well with the regular fans of
the soap when they showed Madge and Lou making love. Consequently
the film and the entire storyline was written off and never spoken
of again, until now

group of old age pensioners get grown to tremendous sizes to draw
attraction to a new Old persons home -But they escape . ( I didn't
make this one up myself .Taken from "Naked Gun 33 and a third")
But it's just so good.

Countdown Movie |
| Based
on the incredibly popular game show, the film was to be about
a series of grusome killings done in the style of the game. Each
victim is asked to choose either a vowel or a consonant and then
killed with it. The murderer's name is an anagram of the final
word produced and he lives at an address to which the police have
to work out how they got the number. It was a very good idea but
the audience kept yelling out the answers, so they had to keep
changing the puzzle. In the end the film didnt make it due to
the busy schedule of Richard Whitely who was to be the evil genius
behind the whole scheme.

| This film had it all,
and sold it all. Long monologues about rings and figurines at
low low prices showing that these presenters do actually try and
sell things even when at home to their friends and family even
amongst a drug bust gone wrong. The car chase where they try to
explain that the car is a limited edition, only available for
another 8 hours is hilarious. Unfortunately, or fortunately, for
us the film was limited edition and only available on QVC at the
low low price of nothing. There were still very few takers.
