The return of Porter Jones
Nine Part story written by Doive (Age 9)

Part Two

"How on earth did you save John Major's life" Said his Dad "Well I saw him disguised as a traffic warden standing by the edge of the bridge, I was fishing by the river below..."said Porter

"Porter you don't like fishing" Said his Dad curiously

"Well I didn't have any money to buy food" Said Porter

"Porter you don't like fishes either!" Said his Dad

"It was better than starving to death" Said Porter," Any way I think the last debate had got to him or something, Because he just toppled over the edge of the bridge and of course I caught him... etc"

Three Hours later Porter's excuses were running thin because in the paper the very same day , Porter failed to notice that at exactly the same time John Major was in Bosnia in the peace talks.

Meanwhile at number 10 Downing Street John Major who had just arrived back from Bosnia heard the news.

"Sir , a rumour has been going round about a PORTER JONES saved your life because you tried to commit suicide"

"What on earth!! I suppose the little kid will get away with it for once, because the police won't catch up with him because Jones is such a common name, but I'll catch him, he’s done thing's before, I’ll have him locked up by golly!" said Mr Major

Porter who was just getting into bed was thinking about what trouble this lie could get him into So he packed his bags and left the house, Then he suddenly spotted a Helicopter above so he disappeared down the alley quietly, and ran to Michael Greengrocer's house where he urged Michael to go with him. Michael was in a bit of trouble himself not keeping up with the house bills, so he willingly went with Porter and took his Girlfriend Stephanie Jordan with him. Stephanie was well aware of the predicament they were in and travelled hand in hand with Porter and Michael. After a couple of days walking with no food they began to get dreary and Porter got one of his ideas. There was a supermarket over the road Porter knew a friend of his was working there part time .So that night as the shop was closing Porter asked his friend if they could pop in and get some food .His friend thinking Porter had changed gladly handed over the key and left in his car. As soon as everyone had left, the three adventurers ventured where they hadn't been before, they took as much food as they could carry and robbed the tills. Porter decided to get rid of fingerprints to burn down the supermarket so he did so and before anyone could notice the burning supermarket was gone. The Prime Minister was determined after this fiasco to lock Porter up forever. Porter, Michael and Stephanie were now more worried than ever.

"They'll catch us for certain if we stay in this country, but they'll never let us get out of the country under our own names or appearances” announced Stephanie, speaking for the first time

"Your right Steph, we'll need new ID if we're going to escape from Britain", said Porter.

So the three of them got new hair styles, Steph had temporary plastic Surgery and they all bought large shoes which made a difference to their height...
